The use of digital display height ruler:

1) Dry the surface of the protective film (see Precautions), clean the working surface of the base and measuring claw, install the measuring claw and lock it according to the structural diagram.

2) Clean the working surface of the platform, place the height ruler on it, loosen the locking screw, move the ruler frame, and check whether the display screen and each key work normally.

3) Set the starting point of measurement. Generally, the platform surface is used as the zero point for measurement.

The steps to use the digital display height ruler are as follows:

1) Move the measuring claw to slightly contact the surface of the platform (measuring force is about 3-5N to ensure the accuracy of measurement), the display value should be zero, otherwise press ON/O to make the display zero.

2) Under special circumstances, if the digital display height ruler is used to measure the larger workpiece but the measuring range is not enough, the cushion block can be used to raise the height ruler base. At this time, the measurement zero point is still the platform surface, and the measurement starting point can be the surface of the cushion block or a surface of the workpiece. If the former is the starting point for measurement, the height value of the pad should be preset (more accurate instruments and measurement methods should be used to determine the value). If the measurement starting point is a surface of the workpiece, the height value of the surface of the workpiece should be preset (design value or actual value, depending on the actual need).

Note on the use of digital display height ruler:

1) Before using the digital display height ruler, please wipe the surface of the protective film repeatedly with a dry and clean cloth (which can be dipped with a little cleaning oil).

2) Working environment: temperature: 5-40℃, relative humidity: 80, to prevent moisture content of liquid material wet protective film surface.

3) Do not apply voltage to any part (such as engraving with an electric pen), so as not to damage the circuit.

4) Correctly set the starting point of measurement (see usage method). Unless the setting is changed, do not press the ON/O key randomly to avoid measurement errors.

6) Replace the battery When the display is abnormal (does not show or flickers), replace the battery. Remove the battery cover in the direction of the arrow and replace it with a new battery.
