Product instructions for the oven:

1. The oven is strictly in accordance with the national standard production process to control the product quality;

2. The parameters in the table are all measured with a mercury thermometer with an accuracy of ±0.1°C under the conditions of an ambient temperature of 25°C, a relative humidity of not more than 85%, and a vacuum of not less than 0.1Mpa. Precautions for using the oven:

1. The shell of the oven must be well and effectively grounded to ensure safety.

2. There must be a certain distance around the oven, 50cm to 100cm.

3. Do not put perishable, flammable or explosive items into the oven for drying.

4. The oven should be placed in a well-ventilated room, and there are no flammable and explosive materials around.

5. After turning on the power, you can turn on the heating switch, and then set the buttons of the control instrument to the temperature you need. When the indicator light is on, the blower switch can be turned on.

6. Remember to place the oven in a horizontal position indoors when it is in use. When the temperature in the box reaches a certain temperature and constant temperature heating is required, a set of heating switches can be turned off, leaving a set of heating switches to avoid the situation that the power is too large and affects the sensitivity of the constant temperature.

7. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the indicator light will go out. When the constant temperature is first started, the temperature may continue to rise for a while. This is the effect of residual heat, and it is not a big problem. In the process of constant temperature, the temperature control will automatically control the electricity bill, without manual management and adjustment.

How to use the oven:

1. Put the items to be dried into the drying box, keep a certain space around the upper and lower sides, keep the air flow in the working room unobstructed, and close the box door. According to the humidity of the dry items, turn the damper adjustment knob to a proper position.

2. Turn on the power and fan switch.
