The basic working principle of the oven:
Electric heaters are used for heating. The heaters usually use electric heating tubes. The structure of the electric heating tubes is that the heating wires are inside the heating tubes, so that the speed at which it is oxidized can be reduced, thereby prolonging its service life. While heating, the heat will be transferred to the steel pipe, so that the heat conduction area will be increased. There is a temperature controller in the drying box. Its main function is to control and display the temperature. When the temperature inside the box is lower than the set temperature, the temperature controller will exert certain control on the heater. The heater is used for continuous or intermittent heating, so that the temperature inside the box can be well controlled. The internal blower will make the air in the box flow, and the humid air will flow to the heater and then flow to the working room. After being sucked by the working room, the fan is blown to the heating pipe, and the hot air in the working room can realize the humidification. When the sample is heated, the water will be evaporated and let go into the hot air. In this way, the heating cycle continues.
Oven maintenance:
1. When the temperature of the working room of the drying box is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light will turn on and off repeatedly, which is a normal phenomenon. Generally, the temperature in the working room will enter a constant temperature state about 30 minutes after the measured temperature reaches the control temperature. .
2. When the newly set temperature is lower than 100°C, use the second heating method to prevent the phenomenon of "severe overshooting" of the temperature. For example, if it is required to be 50°C, set it to 40°C for the first time, and then wait for the temperature overshoot to fall back. Set to 50°C.
3. When the drying box is working, the fan switch must be turned on to make it run, otherwise the temperature in the box and the measured temperature will have a large error, which will also affect the motor and sensor burnout.
4. The inside and outside of the equipment should be kept clean. If it is not used for a long time, it should be covered with a plastic dust cover and placed in a dry environment room.
