Introduction to digital viscometer:
The digital display viscometer uses a 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core stepper power and high subdivision drive, LCD backlight display, With stable speed, good accuracy, programmatic design, easy operation, error alarm and other functions is used to detect the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquid instrument, widely used in the detection of oil, paint, pulp, textile, food, drugs, adhesives, cosmetics and other production industries and scientific research units.
The use of digital display viscometer:
1. Prepare the liquid to be measured, place the liquid to be measured in a container with a diameter not less than 70mm or a flat bottom, and correctly control the temperature of the liquid to be measured. (The fluctuation of temperature will directly affect the viscosity)
2. Screw the protection frame of the digital display viscometer into the lower head of the instrument in reverse.
Carefully adjust the level of the digital display viscometer, check whether the leveling bubble of the digital display viscometer is centered, and ensure that the digital display viscometer is in a horizontal working state.
3. According to the digital display viscometer change range table, select the suitable rotor for the digital display viscometer and screw in the rotor connector (mount it to the right and unload it to the left).
4. Slowly adjust the lifting knob of the digital display viscometer and adjust the height of the rotor in the measured liquid until the liquid mark of the digital display viscometer's rotor (the middle of the groove) is flat with the liquid surface.
5. The temperature must be controlled when the digital viscometer is used to detect the liquid (otherwise the digital viscometer reading fluctuates) in order to maintain the accuracy of the digital viscometer display value.
Notes for the use of digital display viscometer:
1. The digital display viscometer shall be strictly adjusted and inspected before leaving the factory, and it can work normally after starting up. Please read the digital display viscometer manual carefully before operation, and operate strictly according to the requirements. The power supply of digital display viscometer must be measured within the specified error range of voltage and frequency, otherwise the measurement accuracy of digital display viscometer will be affected.
2. The loading and unloading of the rotor of the digital display viscometer should be operated with care. The connector of the lower part of the digital display viscometer should be gently lifted upward before disassembly. The connection head and rotor connection end face and thread of the digital display viscometer should be kept clean, otherwise it will affect the correct connection of the rotor and the stability of rotation.
3. After installing the rotor for the digital display viscometer, it shall not rotate without liquid to avoid damage to the shaft tip and bearing.
4. The rotor should be cleaned in time after each use of the digital display viscometer, and the lower rotor should be removed for cleaning. Cleaning the rotor on the digital display viscometer is strictly prohibited.

6. Before the digital display viscometer is energized, the yellow protective cap must be removed to prevent damage to the digital display viscometer. It is not allowed to disassemble and adjust the parts of the digital display viscometer and do not fill lubricating oil by yourself.
