The working principle of infrared thermometer:

Infrared thermometer is composed of optical system, photodetector, signal amplifier, signal processing, display output and so on. The optical system gathers the target infrared radiation energy in its field of view. The size of the field of view is determined by the optical parts of the thermometer and their positions. Infrared energy is focused on the photodetector and converted into a corresponding electrical signal. The signal passes through the amplifier and signal processing circuit, and is converted into the temperature value of the measured target after correction according to the algorithm of the instrument internal therapy and the target emissivity.

The use of infrared thermometer:

1. Read the instructions carefully, understand and get familiar with the function of each function key and the main precautions.

2. Prepare three 5# batteries and load them into the instrument as required.

3, in each different temperature environment measurement, the instrument should be placed for more than 10 minutes to adapt to the new environment.

4. Confirm that the surface of the instrument is intact and enter the measurement procedure after mastering and understanding the function keys of the instrument.

5, the temperature unit is set as "℃".

6, the instrument measuring window in the appropriate distance (measuring distance must be less than 4 times the diameter of the measured area) alignment of the workpiece to be measured, press the measurement key (TEST key) to read the surface temperature of the measured object from the display screen LCD.

7. After releasing the measuring button, hold the position of the machine for 0.5 seconds.

8. If the measured object is far away, the laser beam indicator can be turned on (setting method: press and hold the SET key to enter "F-5" when selecting "1", the laser beam indicator function will be turned on when selecting "0"). Press and hold the measuring key to aim.

1. Do not direct the laser of the machine at the eye or irradiate the eye through a reflective surface (such as specular reflection) when measuring.

2, the use process must be careful to handle, should avoid excessive humidity high temperature or direct sunlight place.

3. If the battery is not used for a long time, it must be taken out and replaced in time when the battery power is insufficient so as not to affect the error of the measurement value.
